One page, made for you
The card opens a page on your own website. Your guests choose what they need, without hunting around.
A clear route to your public review page. Guests write in their own words and choose their own rating.
Private feedback sits alongside the public review choice. No question about whether they were happy, and no screening before they can leave a review.
Your menu, table booking and social pages, together in one place.
I also give you wording for bills, booking messages and posts, so asking can become part of the way you work.
With you in charge
A thank you when someone has enjoyed their visit. A considered answer when something needs putting right. Written for your pub, with your approval before it goes public.
A fair invitation
Invite all guests to share honest feedback. No reward, no pressure and no picking out only the people you think are happy. What they write is theirs.

They can leave a public review or tell you privately. Both choices sit alongside each other. I can draft a considered public reply for your approval, but a private message is never a condition of leaving a review.
Yes. You see the draft first. You can change it or ask for another version. Nothing is published without your approval.
I cannot promise a rating, a number of reviews, search rankings or more guests through the door. The service makes it easier to invite honest feedback and give it a thoughtful reply. Your guests decide what they write.
