It answers from your website.

Phone answering
When nobody can get to the phone, an AI assistant picks up, answers from your pub’s own website and sends you the message.

What you get
Opening hours, food times, where you are. If your site does not say, it takes a message instead.
A text and an email, ready to read when service is over.
It takes the day, the time, how many and a name. You ring back.
Forward the calls nobody answers. Switch it off whenever you like.
An example call
Example only · an invented pub, the Fallow Hart · not a real call
Hello, you’ve reached The Fallow Hart. I’m the pub’s AI assistant, and this call is recorded so your message reaches the pub correctly. How can I help?
Is the kitchen on tonight?
The website says food is served from 12 noon until 8 in the evening on Sundays.
Lovely. Can I book a table for six on Saturday at seven?
I can’t confirm a booking, but I can pass your request to the pub and they’ll get back to you. What name is it, and what number should they ring?
Sam. The number I’m calling from is fine.
Thanks, Sam. I’ve sent your message to the pub.
What it costs
300 minutes a month, then 40p a minute.
See everything in Highway →No minimum. Stop with 30 days’ notice.
See Footpath → See Bridleway →No VAT to add. No pub has it switched on yet, so I set it up with you.
A few fair questions
It gives your pub’s name and uses what your website says. If your site does not say, it takes a message. You read every message.
You set your pub’s phone to pass on unanswered calls to a number I give you. I talk you through it. Your phone company may charge for forwarded calls, so ask them first.
On Footpath or Bridleway you pay only for minutes used. On Highway it is part of your plan.
