Clear from the start.
You own it.
Your website and domain are yours from your first payment. No exit fee.
Domain transfer code within five working days of asking. The whole website comes with you once everything owed is paid.
12 months. Then monthly.
Website and Google care run for 12 months from your first payment. Leave early and the remaining care fees are due.
After that, either of us can end care, or you can move down a plan, with a month’s notice.
Your price, fixed for a year.
Then changes are limited to once a year, with 30 days’ written notice. You can leave if you don’t accept.
No VAT to add. You’ll be told before any payment includes VAT.
Change your cover.
Move up at your next monthly payment. Ask in writing.
Either of us can end phone, chat, newsletters or vouchers with 30 days’ notice. Stop Highway’s extras and move to Bridleway at £200/month.
No guaranteed rankings, visitors, bookings or sales. Booking links open your existing booking service.
